The staff at this hotel were exceptional. From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had a pleasant stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The basic amenities in the room were exactly what I needed, with a comfortable bed and a seating area with a table. The attention to detail was also evident, with even cotton swabs provided. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay - a self-service continental spread with delicious coffee and even orange juice, which is not commonly found in hotels. I was impressed with the value for money and the overall experience at this hotel.

During my recent business trip to Kristinehamn, I had the pleasure of staying at Park Hotell, chosen by my director. The highlight of my stay was the lovely Lake Vänern bathing place, where I could swim from the sandy beach or piers. The special sun shelves provided the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the view, and soak up the sun. It was a truly rejuvenating experience.

I have marked down on cleanliness as the shower in room 18 needed bleaching to remove a small amount of mould on tile grouting.

We stayed in a hotel that is located in the heart of the town. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was near to the shops, train station and just across the street. Our room was excellent, with a spacious bathroom, desk, and seating area. the service was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with plunger coffee and orange juice. There is a park next to the hotel, and it was nice to overlook the park from our room. the only minor issue was the need for deeper cleaning in the bathroom.

It's also close to the centre of town, which was really convenient for us. The breakfast was average, with no hot food or rolls. the traffic noise was audible from the room, which lacked soundproofing.

I recently spent Christmas at this lovely hotel and I have to say that I was impressed with my stay. the rooms were clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the park. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Another great aspect was the location, which was perfect for exploring the local attractions and restaurants.

There were a few negatives that I noticed during my stay. the breakfast was a little lackluster, with not many options to choose from.

Loved the unique exhibition of boat engines and tools in an old property, the relaxing lounge, and the various activities offered like paddle tennis and swimming. It was a pleasant surprise!

Oh, and of course, I am just devastated that there were no women knocking on my door. What a disappointment.
